Past due greets!

Wow, haven’t been here in quite a while.

Biggest news has been the passing of my 92 yr-old Dad on October 12. He lived a great example and left us all a legacy of love, kindness, and humility. He passed peacefully surrounded by family.

Daughter has begun grad school seeking MSW. I’m so excited for her!

Hope all is well in your world and that you pay forward all kindness and compassion with the same!

Encouragement

Happy Sunday, fellow bloggers! I hope your new year is off to a fantastic start. I just want to share a few ideas that may help you as you move forward today and into the futureDaisies

  • Try to look at the world through fresh eyes. A new point of view can make all the difference.
  • In the midst of a conflict, don’t forget to examine yourself. You are part of the equation.
  • Don’t waste time and energy on anger, it only hurts the angry person.
  • Smile from the inside out. If you aren’t feeling it, smile anyway; it will be reflected back to you.
  • Help someone else; you will reap the bigger reward.

Have a wonderful week!!! 😀  __lovinulovinme

Greetings (after a long absence)

So sorry to have been out of touch for such a long time. My elderly parents are requiring much of my attention these days. We thought we were going to lose my father last week, but I am truly thankful to say that he is recovering nicely. He just celebrated his 91st birthday on Saturday. He has always been such a blessing throughout my life.

Hope you all are well and enjoying life; happy week wished for you! 🙂 lovinU

Hello world!

My very first  adventure into blogging!

I’m just trying to collect my thoughts and figure things out right now.

Looking forward to sharing a variety of topics soon–many to help us love and take care of ourselves and each other.
